Absolutely not recommended. They took my dog in the back (they don't examine in front of you any more) and 3 days later she was lame and knuckling. Did they drop her, hurt her? I will never know. Told me IVDD. Never saw a vet. Got a 5 minute phone call but she had to go because she had a dog under anesthesia for a dental. $1300 later I took my dog to another vet. She is fine now. After 30 years of caring for my dogs I was thrown out as a customer because of insurance billing mistake. This was a great place until it was bought by a California firm. Now money is more important than service and customer retention. Now rude and unkind. Angelia Adams should be fired!
It’s all about $$$ here. Seems like they have a hard time keeping help imo.
We took our little dog in to have her teeth cleaned. We were told their paw plan would benefit us. With the plan it cost us over 1200 for everything. They pulled a lot of teeth. She was sick from the moment we brought her home. She had bloody diarrhea and she won't eat. They did a blood test before and EVERYTHING was good. We called to see if they would look at her and told them she had bloody diarrhea and were told they didn't have an opening. 1200 and they can't squeeze in an appointment.
