Horribly dishonest communications then ran away from their commitments instead of choose ethical and honest customer service. Written and documents history of dishonesty to support my review. In the long run, their lack of ethical business dealings saved me. Dealing with a much more professional and ethical company now. A worker on their crew took cash to mow the yard while working there and never did. Their worker on the site in the capacity of Sun Plumbing employee.
We have been a loyal customer of Sun Plumbing since 2010. Our well valve broke and we needed someone that day (Friday) and they told me it would be a week!!!! Their website says DEPENDABLE - BS!!!! Thanks for taking care of the loyal customers 😡 Obviously we won’t call them again! A very unhappy customer!
Sun Plumbing was at my house to unclog a toilet twice within 30 days. They charged me both times and never gave any type of warranty. I did everything they said to do, and the toilet still clogged a third time. They will not come out without charging and they won't warranty anything they do. There are only two adults living in the home, so we don't flush anything that shouldn't go down the toilet.
