Lesly was my installer. He was a 5/5. Two of the three sets of shutters were installed easily and quickly. The third window had a problem. It was slightly off on the measurement. Thank goodness Lesly was able to use my contractor’s tools to remedy the problem. They look great and I am overall very pleased with the result.
