Not impressed AT ALL. We ordered our shutters over a month ago, on November 7th. We were first told our shutters would be installed the first week of December, then the story changed, but still we were understanding. We were ensured that they would be installed before Christmas, which was our #1 goal. And then today, after following up with no response back for several days, we were finally told that due to covid, the shipment is still delayed and our shutters won't be installed for another couple of weeks, which at this poi... read more
