The condo was fine, except we had only 3 tablespoons and no teaspoons, and the remote in the living room did not work properly. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

The initial person we talked to ,Dan, was wonderful. He didn't like hearing no as much as we didn't like saying it but it was accepted in a kind way. My major annoyance? The guy who checked us out, Mike. Of course he had one more special offer, and we didn't want it. He was almost nasty and very pushy about us saying no.
