This was our first trip and I was very pleased. The condo was beautiful and we even talked about having this as our annual trip to Colorado. Thank you so much.
My sale representative was excellent and so were the last two. Also, when someone says that their not interested you shouldn't have to see two other people to try to sale you the same thing. Nevertheless, I believe that if air was included a lot more people may bye into it the program.

The customer service dept can do better if trained more seriously how to handle with emergency changes, updates and unusual events.
