It was a lot more than I expected. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but all of the employees for very knowledgeable and friendly.
My experience was wonderful from the receptionist greeting me as I entered the office to Robin my rep givinge my presentation. She was witty and informative. She answered all of questions. I had a good time. She made me comfortable and she was very accommodating. Robin was amazing. Stellar customer service. I travel extensively for work both domestic and internationally, there were only a few places that were on my bucket list to visit and unfortunately Sundance didn't have property there. I was very impressed by what Sundance has to offer! Unfortunately, it was not the right time for me financially to make this type of investment!
It was good
It was really good experience it was awesome winning something. But i would think it would be better if before people would travel good bit distance it would be nice to be told to make sure you have some kind of money on you that way you can put your deposit down. Cause yes you do win a getaway but you still need to pay some kind of money. You are not told that on the phone. Other then that it was good experience
Very professional n interesting did everything they could 2 try 2 accommodate us. Will purchase in near future
