Great seminar, wonderful deal and investment for the future! I love the old-school mentality and approach to doing business; very personable!
Everyone was very nice. I'm just not in a financial place to sign up for the deals at this time.

I liked what Sundance has to offer but I do wish that I was able to think about it and prepare for what they were offering. If I was able to think about it, crunch numbers and talk it over with my family, I would surely have done it. As I'm in the process of saving for a house, it is impossible for me to jump into such an investment right away. There should definitely be an option to come back to Sundance and be offered the same opportunities.

The presentation was very to the point and informative. Joe did a very good job at answering our questions and getting to know us. Really liked him. The timing was just bad for us.

Wonder presentation! Even though we couldn't afford the down payment the sales rep wasn't pushy or mean. I could tell he was a little upset but he kept it professional and that is cool in my book.
