Great office and people
We experienced some difficulties with the cleanliness of our apartment and spoke to reps all day as they were passionate about getting our place clean. It would be nice if TAN could contact vacation places by phone and directly as relying on emails was worthless. Anyway, things were finally resolved, we were generously compensated for our trouble and we loved our place we stayed.
We had a great stay in a prime location!
Great seminar, wonderful deal and investment for the future! I love the old-school mentality and approach to doing business; very personable!
Everyone was very nice. I'm just not in a financial place to sign up for the deals at this time.
Business response:
Hi Amy, Thanks for coming into the Sundance Vacations Washington DC office! I'm glad to hear you had a nice experience and if it's every something you are interested in for the future, we'd love to talk again. Best, The team at Sundance Vacations
I liked what Sundance has to offer but I do wish that I was able to think about it and prepare for what they were offering. If I was able to think about it, crunch numbers and talk it over with my family, I would surely have done it. As I'm in the process of saving for a house, it is impossible for me to jump into such an investment right away. There should definitely be an option to come back to Sundance and be offered the same opportunities.
Good information, just not right for us.
The presentation was very to the point and informative. Joe did a very good job at answering our questions and getting to know us. Really liked him. The timing was just bad for us.
Very nice office interior...friendly reception...
