Friendly and informative staff
The whole presentation was filled with answers that I would have asked. Everyone greeted us and if anyone had questions we wouldn't move forward until the answer was understood. Coffee, water and cookies were great just to hold us until afterwards and then we went to dinner. Everyone who worked there was friendly. The area was spacious, clean and everything just fell into place. We can't wait to start our vacations.

The presentation was extremely informative. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable.
My boyfriend and I received a phone call that we were selected to attend a multimedia presentation that would last approximately an hour and for our time we would be gifted a vacation package for two. We were told there was absolutely no obligation to purchase anything, that the gift was ours and that after attending we would receive the voucher. The person I spoke with was very nice a very sweet young lady named Mary, she helped me as mush as she humanly could.. All in all a very nice experience...
