Presentation was very good, but I should had been honest, Dan after awile wasn't pleasant, he made a remark or two I didn't appreciate, I know he's trying to make the sale, he was very rude, and I still don't understand, you want 20,000, I shouldn't have to come out of pocket even to make the reservations
