We did not realize that this was a vacation package until we arrived at the location. We were under the assumption that we were getting a free weekend package as a contest winner. My wife is on a transplant list so have to stay in the trip state area .
Well planned and pleasant presentation. Very informative and understanding. Relaxing and Friendly atmosphere. Nick interacted with all Potential buyers without pressure. The other staff were very nice and so understanding , I Meet Molly who was so nice , and 3 other staff members and felt okay about not being in the Position to buy at this time. Very polite and understanding. Wanted to help us with what was best suited for us. Very people oriented company with friendly people to work with you.
Friendly staff... no pressure. Interesting program and definitely a tremendous cost savings for families or larger groups. I travel solo so for me it wouldn’t work well. I would recommend this program for friends that i might think would benefit from this service.
We like all the presentation that was present it to us , the only reason we did not buy is because we have a bank Repsie pending and if we had made that deal it might have gotten swept up in the bank Repsie we did not want that , please keep us in your Files and us back after November thank you very much
The information was presented at a level of understanding by all, by Danny. Visuals were appropriate. Follow up opportunity was free from extreme selling pressure, thus very comfortable to ask questions. Tracy was very knowledgeable & along with Amanda had excellent customer relatons skills. Followed up by Chelsea closing out tge process in a timely manner. The whole experience was a 10!!!!
Product seemed good. Sales people were not too pushy. They respected decisions but were straight forward.
Everyone did a great job describing the vacation packages but unfortunately not quite in our budget right now. It's a shame you only offer it once.
