Fast and direct
They were very punctual and informative.
Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Bobbie, Dana, and Bonnie were not pushy or obnoxious like some "time share" sales pitches we have set through. They made the 2 hours it took to get to the location enjoyable!!! Great product!! We own timeshares and would seriously love to see the grandkids purchase these.

Good presentation
I was very impressed with the program and it gives me a lot to think about. Everyone was friendly and made the experience very personal. I felt bad for the young man that met with me as he hobbled on crutches after knee surgery. It was a pleasure meeting him. He was delightful. I apologize that I can't remember his name. It something like Etan. I'm sure you will know who I am speaking about, I didn't see anyone else on crutches! We had a wonderful experience our first girl I wish I could remember her name was AMAZING but her manager Amanda I believe was her name was quite a turn off when she realized there wasn’t going to be a sale she needs to work on her poker face more if she’s going to be in sales I would have been sold if Amanda never came over 🙃😕
