We were given a great presentation and presented with an amazing opportunities but due to bad timing we were not able to take advantage at this time.
Kyle gave a great presentation. Roger was very detailed in reviewing the information and offered me several options to purchase the vacation bundles. James was polite as he explained how to register for my vacation. I would recommend attending one of the presentations if you're fortunate enough to be invited.

Loren was very nice and personable and the presentation was good. Her manager was sleazy, insulting, unknowledgable and lost her sale for her. He mispronounced half the locations he spoke about, including some in the US, which is very off putting in a travel agent. He wasted our time by droning on and on about places we weren't interested in when we had already established that we were only specifically cared about one place.
