Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Very professional and not pressuring. They wanted to get to know us on a personal level and showed sincerity. Offered a great package to my boyfriend and I.
It was a good experience
They presented their vacation packages well. Made me ready to plan my next family vacation.
The reps were polite, and worked with us to find a package that could fit our family during our transition from active duty military to my civilian job pay checks, and still keep it open to upgrade to the higher package. It was just a year to early to get the 30 vacations.
Even though I think the product is a good idea; I really just came in for the free trip. However, the presentation was so awesome, I was hooked before speaking to our personal sales rep. I still didn't plan on leaving with a package, but the team make the process so affordably easy, we couldn't walk out without purchasing one. We were impressed with the quality of service and willingness to customize our vacation needs. Thanks Raven!
