The reps were polite, and worked with us to find a package that could fit our family during our transition from active duty military to my civilian job pay checks, and still keep it open to upgrade to the higher package. It was just a year to early to get the 30 vacations.
Even though I think the product is a good idea; I really just came in for the free trip. However, the presentation was so awesome, I was hooked before speaking to our personal sales rep. I still didn't plan on leaving with a package, but the team make the process so affordably easy, we couldn't walk out without purchasing one. We were impressed with the quality of service and willingness to customize our vacation needs. Thanks Raven!

All information was clearly provided. The offers were great. Staff was very bright and friendly. Sara was awesome and i believe Joe was very friendly as well.

I feel the staff was very courtesy and kind. They explained the concept very clearly. I would have totally signed but financially we were not able. I was informed that I cant call back for this deal. I would have loved to do that in August. Right after my house remodel.
