Wonderful experience! Everyone there was extremely courteous, friendly and caring. It was an enjoyable experience and I think the bulk vacation package is very interesting. I didn’t purchase it because I have a unique situation where I get vacations all over the world, and in the U.S. for free. I will say however that when I retire and no longer have this current benefit, I will certainly look into this package, and would be happy to do business with Sundance. Tracey was excellent explaining all the benefits of becoming a member.
Overall it was a good experience at Sundance. Andre my vacation consultant was very professional respectful and kind as was his supervisor. The only thing i didn't care for was the tactics at the end when i was supposed to be given my gifts. After being told I would receive the gifts and wouldn't be presented with any more offers there was 15 more minutes of trying to get me to commit to what I had previously said no to by a guy whom after being told no gave me a shady look. Information session was short, fun, and to the point. My husband and i only wish we could afford what they offered but we will be back.
The presentation was nice customer service was nice as well just wish that there was no monthly annual package I wish that there was a yearly no contract package for about 299 or 399 for the whole year With the option to use only the extra vacations that is given for 298 that would have been an amazing for people of low class income
Staff was very knowlegable and explained everything. Very polite and nice to speak to.
