They replaced our decrepit asphalt roof/fascia/soffit with metal and new wood and did a great job from beginning to end. expensive but the work is worth it. I would hire them again without hesitation.

😀Sundown did an excellent job with both my apartment buildings. Went the extra step of making roof look better than it did and added vents in appropriate places adding to its external appeal. Nice easy going guys.

My experience with Sundown has been outstanding from the first time I met with Zack for an estimate until the day the of completion! Zack, Justin, Josh, and their crews are hard working people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Daily progress reports and look aheads were greatly appreciated. It was a big project. Complete tear off and replacement of cedar siding, trim, soffits, facia, and gutters. The finished product is exactly what I envisioned and I could not be more pleased. Give Sundown a call!
