I took my little daughter there for cleaning but they did half way and promised to finish in next appointment. They canceled her second appointment because we forgot that she needed to be there with empty stomach and charged $75 to reschedule after two months. Recently they canceled her appointment because the dentist won’t be working that day and gave appointment next year January. Now my question is if I need to pay $75 to reschedule than why don’t they pay me back because they are reschedulig
Sunrise Kids Dental has awful service and I do not recommend this dental clinic for your children. I booked my kids appt over 1mth in advance. This clinic contact me by email to cancel my kids appt the day before with less than 1 business day notice due to technical difficulty. They did not even contact me by phone.
