We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were there for the Super Bowl party and it was amazing. I like to give a shout out to Flora, who was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. To all the staff from the Bellman to the waiter and waitresses and especially the bartenders and cleaning service, great bunch of people there !
Excellent option for a perfect resort vacation.
We enjoyed our 4 days here, very relaxing, Room was big and clean. Property was clean. food and bars on site were very good. if you are looking for relaxing and sitting by pool in the sun this is the place
Cancun at it's best Property was clean, the staff unbelievably excellent for a resort, food was 5 star with a large choices, my room was basically an apartment with a beautiful view and finally it was not overcrowded with a reasonable number of quests. i will definitely recommend this resort.
