The sales reps refuse to take no for an answer. I am not interested in solar at this time and they have been to my house six times in the last 2 months to try to sell me solar. I have asked them every time to put something in their notes not to come to my house. Based on their persistence, I would choose literally any other company over them. Once they get their money there is no follow up or follow though.****** dont educated enough in solar or the contract which you sign. Very rude salesman came to the door and did not listen. I also have a no soliciting sign in my entryway and they ignored it.
I dont like it at all !! Dont see any difference Im still paying my APS bill. It is not worth it .
Based on my husband's experience, he recommends to exercise caution when considering this company. The sales rep, who is an employee of SunSolar, falsely advertised that we would have a 10-day cancellation instead of 3-day. Besides that, when we had to cancel due to other issues in the home, the rep became unresponsive and after repeated attempts to get clarification, I reached out to SunSolar directly and went through another two to three weeks of back and forth where it was frankly very difficult to get them to email me ba... read more

We show you signed a contract to have solar installed on your home on July 12th and your request to cancel was on August 26th. Horrible service great salesmen though we had ********************************* and another salesmen stop buy provide a proposal. I was in the market for solar at the time and had a few other vendors send proposals as well. Went with Sunsolar because salesmen was good and also liked the method of installation used all the rest is similar or identical to other solar companies used. TLDR: They don't guarantee that what they install on your roof will actually produce useable electricity!Here is our experience:Sales person promised 3 months of loan repayment, provided 2.Had 3 different project managers. Poor communication & no clear timeline of when our system would be functional. canceled appointments along the way. Took 4 months from install to get up and running.
