Superior Fence & Rail reached out to me within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. We then met with a sales rep and he walked us through every detail of the process. We took advantage of their interest free financing which was a huge help. The general manager James Brock kept in touch with us along the way as we waited for our permit and then scheduling the install with us. I am extremely pleased with my fence installation. From the initial agreement of the installation Superior Fence staff were always available to answer any questions or concerns. During installation they were polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any additional questions. The final fence installation met all expectations and I would highly recommend Superior Fence for any fence needs. I installed a white privacy vinyl superior fence and the materials and installation feel solid and secure.

I had a fence, arbor and gate installed by Superior Fence La Vergne TN in 2023. And I will agree with most reviews I've read about the installation. The problem is service after the install. Late 2023 I noticed two areas of concern. One post was leaning, and another was leaning as well. They came out and adjusted the posts accordingly. Later one of the re-positioned posts started leaning again. This post they previously fixed is now at least 2" out of plumb. This post supports the gate under the arbor.
