We had our fence installed several months ago, and we had noticed one of the gates had become hard to close. We called Superior and they sent out a technician(Robert) to inspect it. Robert dug up the post, reset the post, and the gate was perfect afterward. At no charge. Robert did an excellent job, and we were very happy with Superior's excellent customer service, as they stand behind their work.Thank you Robert, and thank you Superior. Ray & Elise

Our entire experience was excellent. It honestly all went smoother than we could have even hoped. Superior Fence & Rail of North Florida were recommended to us by a neighbor. We all were looking to get fences out in around the same time and having them match was a concern, but the customer service sold us. Robert worked above and beyond any thing I expected. He was faced with a difficult task and could have done a little and said that's all he could do, but he went full speed ahead and did the hard work and solved the problem we were having. I was very impressed with his can do attitude and the hard work he had to put in to get the job completed. I would be proud to have him as my employee if I were in business.
