Superior Fence did an excellent job from start to finish. My sales rep, Jackie, was informative on the initial visit as well as walking me through all the steps that needed to be done with HOA, Survey, and Permitting. Jackie also came on the morning of the installation which was invaluable because there were a couple items that needed to be talked through. Juan, the lead installer, and his teammate were such hard workers and they did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied.
Steve was very meticulous about the installation. Everything looks great and the gates work well. My dog is in heaven with his new found freedom. Thanks for getting this done a little ahead of schedule.
We recently had a new home built and we have had SO many issues with our builder and solar panels. It was SO refreshing to have a project go just the way it was supposed to! They came out quickly and gave us a quote, signing the contract was easy, the communication was amazing the entire process, and they had our fence installed very quickly after we received HOA approval. AND of course, the fence looks great! I cannot recommend this company enough! 5 stars all the way!

My first contact person for Superior Fence and Rail was Kevin Houck. Kevin was new to the company but his demeanor was friendly, kind and patient as soon as we met. Kevin took the time to ask questions and made sure I felt at ease. When I looked at the diagram of the job I had a few questions and contacted Kevin. Juan, the contractor was great. We had a huge slope due to bad grading (Lennar Homes) and they work around it and made it work. The whole process was non-stressful and and very professional.
It was a pleasure doing business with them. Great work and very professional employees.
The fence looked great and was done quickly and efficiently!
Going on six months now they have been paid in full, no fence. Will not call me back, keep saying parts are not available for six months now.. Absolute Joke Save your Money
