My first contact person for Superior Fence and Rail was Kevin Houck. Kevin was new to the company but his demeanor was friendly, kind and patient as soon as we met. Kevin took the time to ask questions and made sure I felt at ease. When I looked at the diagram of the job I had a few questions and contacted Kevin. Juan, the contractor was great. We had a huge slope due to bad grading (Lennar Homes) and they work around it and made it work. The whole process was non-stressful and and very professional.
It was a pleasure doing business with them. Great work and very professional employees.
The fence looked great and was done quickly and efficiently!
Going on six months now they have been paid in full, no fence. Will not call me back, keep saying parts are not available for six months now.. Absolute Joke Save your Money
Set an appointment weeks ago, received a confirmation email and follow-up emails reminding me of my appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early, waited the hour time slot, plus an extra 15 min..... Joe did no show or call. Took a vacation day, drove an hour each way.... Communication is key. I will not be using this company. I informed them to remove my contact information as I will be looking elsewhere.

The installation of my fence was seamless with total credit going to the two men who showed up to install. They were polite, meticulous and professional. They carried out all instructions given and never took a break. They even left my pool area without a scrap of debris when they finished. I made sure I told them just how happy I was😊
My fence looks awesome, very professionally done, ty!!! People are shocked at before and after pictures!!!
