We asked for Superior Fence and Rail to come out and prepare a proposal. Our salesman came out and assured us we would receive everything we discussed. We did receive very good customer service until we signed the contract. We found out on the day of installation that many of our customer services expectations were not received. The material was not cared for and delivered damaged on day of installation. Some gates appeared to be refurbished materials. Many scratches and damage occurred during the installation process. This is the only fence company that I work with and that I'll ever recommend.
This is an honest company that didn't try to sell me replacement fencing that I didn't need. I cannot tell you how wonderful Rob was when he came out to address my concerns about a gate issue. It is hard to find a company that will take on small jobs and make minor repairs as needed. I wish I'd known about them when I had my fence installed a few years ago. They were very responsive and communications were fantastic.
Fence was installed in one day. Installers worked in extreme summer heat. Cleaned site at end of day. Fence is beautiful.

They did an incredible job designing and installing our fence. Very happy with how our fence came out and the process! I highly recommend them :-)

Superior Fence and Rail is a great company surrounded by true professionalism with everyone involved. We moved into a new home and were unfortunately surrounded by an unruly neighbor who made things very difficult for us. Rob and his team were very patient and professional from the initial estimate to installment, to inspection. They provided exceptional work and customer service. I would highly recommend them!

I will start off by saying that Superior Fence and Rail delivered immaculate service, from the quote all the way to the installation and follow up. I have NEVER had an experience this effortless and this smooth when it comes to a working with a contractor. They were very transparent throughout the entire process and they met all of the scheduling expectations that they set.
