Every step of the way showed professional knowledge and great customer service. The quality of my fence is great, I have malteses puppies, so I needed a fence that my puppies can't got through
Everything went smoothly on install day. Fences straight and flows smoothly. Looks great. The fence was installed almost a year ago. It went through the last two storms with no problems. I highly recommend superior fence and rail. I did just That to two of my neighbors. Good job. Bob

Excellent customer service starts from the representative that comes out and measures, explains the process to the office management team. The craftsmanship, and attention to detail from the installers are exceptional. I will highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail to all my neighbors, and friends.
Excellent staff and prompt
Fence is great and installation was done in a timely manner. The only issue I had is that they had to reschedule our installation twice. Once the day before it was supposed to happen and the other time was the day it was supposed to be installed. Great fence now that it's up though!
went with Debbie from Superior Fence for Lake county area. She was able to give a rough estimate prior to us moving in. The price was higher then others, and overall satisfied with the jib, Installation team was very good, and only reason this is not a 5 , is due to some lack of communication between myself and the office. Also per the contract, this review should also provide an additional 2 years of labor warranty if posted within 30 days of install,,,
Great crew! The process was easy; Debbie was very helpful in explaining the options I had. A very good experience working with her. The installation crew were outstanding, they did an excellent job, so much so, that our neighbors were impressed with their work, they asked me the name of the company.. Overall a great experience.
