The installation was the only reason for giving a three to this experience. Everything moved along nicely initially until they got the deposit and then I had to continuously stay in contact with the office to ensure the permits were submitted and process moved along it took a lot longer than i was told it would on initial discussion. I had to even call them when the locates were done to ensure my appointment was scheduled and only then did I get an installation date. Great people. Very nice and professional.
This is our second time using Superior and working with Debbie K. and once again they did a great job. Process was quick and easy, installers arrived on time and finished the job same day. They were even able to move our install date up early. Debbie was available for questions when needed as well. I would recommend this company.
