Everyone at Superior Fence & Rail, Sarasota did a wonderful job. Tom,my salesman, truly went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went as planed. Stephanie and Gabriela, in the office, kept me up to date on all I needed to know concerning dates and times. They were most helpful with any questions I asked. The crew was talented. Excellent crew, did great job with install. Price was good compared to the other two bids.. Our HOA would use them again.
The two-man crew that showed up to do the work seem confused. When I told them they were supposed to access the fence from my neighbors property which had been arranged previous to them arriving as well as on the work order. They were to straighten up 11 posts as well as 56 feet of fence for the work order. I had to reiterate this to them as they just were going to straighten up three posts. Seems like . The people that put up the fence were wonderful. They did a great job however, the schedulers at your company I did not appreciate. They kept postponing and postponing and postponing dates giving me several different dates and I had to call THEM to find out.what was going on. I was not kept up-to-date with each postponement. It was very frustrating and the after approximately 16weeks, my fence finally went up.
