The salesman was professional & the installation was spectacular.
We had a large fenced area and driveway gate done by SFR in Seminole County a number of years ago and called their affiliate company here in Pinellas County to fence our home in DT Safety Harbor. First off, the installers were great and the product itself is amazing. However, the customer service was terrible. The ball was dropped on our Notice of Commencement/permit paperwork. The sales consultant forgot to have us sign it when we initially signed the contract, and didn't even have us sign the missing paperwork until 2 weeks after we signed the initial contract.
