Fence looks awesome, workers were on time everyday, answered all our questions, keep the area clean and even washed down the fence when they finished. Would highly recommend.

The salesman was professional & the installation was spectacular.
We had a large fenced area and driveway gate done by SFR in Seminole County a number of years ago and called their affiliate company here in Pinellas County to fence our home in DT Safety Harbor. It did take a few extra weeks for the fencing materials to come available due to the covid19 situation but it was well worth the wait. Our commercial grade aluminum fence with two gates is stunning! First off, the installers were great and the product itself is amazing. However, the customer service was terrible. The ball was dropped on our Notice of Commencement/permit paperwork. The sales consultant forgot to have us sign it when we initially signed the contract, and didn't even have us sign the missing paperwork until 2 weeks after we signed the initial contract. At 4.5 weeks post contract signing, we hadn't heard anything about an install date - I called, was told the hold up was permitting. They could not tell me t... read more
