The entire staff at Superior Fence & Rail were excellent. The fence was installed professionally and efficient. We were extremely happy with the customer service that was given to us by the entire staff. I have recommended this company to several family, friends and neighbors already and will continue to. Superior Fence & Rail of Pinellas County, Inc. did an excellent job and our fence looks beautiful! We are 100% satisfied! Everyone that walks by our home compliments us on how nice it looks. The salesman was professional & the installation was spectacular.
We had a large fenced area and driveway gate done by SFR in Seminole County a number of years ago and called their affiliate company here in Pinellas County to fence our home in DT Safety Harbor. It did take a few extra weeks for the fencing materials to come available due to the covid19 situation but it was well worth the wait. Our commercial grade aluminum fence with two gates is stunning! First off, the installers were great and the product itself is amazing. However, the customer service was terrible. The ball was dropped on our Notice of Commencement/permit paperwork. The sales consultant forgot to have us sign it when we initially signed the contract, and didn't even have us sign the missing paperwork until 2 weeks after we signed the initial contract.
