They came out to put a quote together for me for a gate. Stated they would be in contact within the week with a quote. Two weeks later and I still have heard nothing. I have tried calling, leaving voicemail and email with no luck getting in contact with anyone. This place does not even answer the phone don’t bother.

Just put my deposit down today, so far the customer service has been great. Denice came out to give me an estimate and had it ready same day, a few days later we decided to make a few changes, she came back out to measure for the second time and confirm we were getting exactly what we wanted. What sold me was the customer service and responsiveness. Lead time is about 12 weeks which is a shame, but I hope to see the same level of professionalism in their work to come.
