Great communication and superb customer service! Final product is amazing.
The end product is fantastic, and the work was done very quickly. I had an issue with one latch and they came out and replaced it with no problems. The only negative I could say is that their communication is a bit lacking, but it didn’t cause any issues in the end.
When we began searching to install a fence my concern was quality product and price. Superior gave us both. Our next concern was a good install and the clean up afterward. The team installed it quickly and correct. But we also appreciate how they cleaned up. They hauled off our old fence and ther was materials left behind. They accidentally got dirt on my neighbors driveway and they swept it off. Great service.
The superior Fence and Rail team was great to work with. They listened to my needs and came up with the best solution and it is a beautiful fence, better than I imagined. .
Our experience with Superior Fence and Rail was fantastic. Doug came out and gave a very fast quote to redo our very old fence. His crew had the fence replaced in about a day. The fence looks great and we are getting tons of compliments on it.
