The field installation staff are good and hardworking. The office staff are very poor communicators. They are good at following up with customers and giving updates.
My parents do not have social media so I am leaving this review for them as they were thrilled with this company and want them to get their recognition: Not only did the owner- Adam Humbert, give us the most competitive bid, he gave us the highest level of customer service from his staff, along with the highest quality of product in our 7' high white vinyl fence and 2 gates. Jason, Colin and Francisco did a wonderful job installing our fence, plus four gates and some condenser and pool pub shields. A sleek gray driftwood vinyl 7-footer with dramatic black trim at the top. Thanks guys, and you too, Mike. Highly recommend.

We signed a contract with Superior Fence last year to install and stain a redwood fence. They required a 50% deposit upfront which was approx. $4,000.00. After that, It took over 60 days of calling and emailing to get an install date. Several days prior to the install, we notified Superior Fence by email and text, that the fence line was clear, and we selected a fence stain. I already left a review for this company. But since then, this fence has fallen apart. Wood that lines the top of the fence popping up and not secured. You can't close the gate anymore. It doesn't line up with the latch. Can't call Andrew, who heads up the team, because he never calls you back. Go somewhere else for your fencing needs. My fence is only 4 months old.
Superior fence and rail company was great. The estimate was given to me there and then during my estimate consult. I would highly recommend them.We love our fence!
Our experience with the team was above and beyond. We had emergency work needed our back fence was down. They had an estimator here to help us out right away. My installation went very smooth.
