I'm really happy with the work that Superior did for us. We had a much smaller project than most, but they treated us with the same great service you'd give your biggest account. Samuel and Fabricio were able to adapt to conditions on site and make the necessary adjustments, going above and beyond.
I recently had my large gates done by Superior Fence & Rail. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their communication was excellent from their initial appointment to get measurements and make recommendations, to the install, as well as their follow up after. Almost perfect! Superior Fence & Rail is a top notch company. Their customer service was amazing. They even helped us coordinate with the painters to paint the wood prior to installation so that our painter could have easier access and it would save us money in labor costs. They installed quickly. The only thing we noticed was that the slats were wider than our previous slats (that were asked for). It was not noticed until the job was completed, and since we are fine with it, we never complained.
Kyle and his team were so professional, considerate and did a great job of removing and building a new fence for our yard. Really good communications and excellent work. Totally and highly recommend them.
Superior was very easy to work with on getting our 2 new gates made and installed. Clear communication, and pricing was better than other quotes we got. They also had financing for us that made it affordable. When there was an issue with one gate not quite closing, they came back and fixed it -- no problem and no cost. I'll definitely go to them first when I ever have another fence or gate need. Thanks, guys!
