Wow! We had Superior Fence & Rail install vinyl fencing for us and I would recommend them to anyone. Gerry and Jordan did an outstanding job with the install. They were very professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the project every step of the way. The process from beginning to end was smooth. This has to be the worst “reputable” company I have ever worked with. It all started great when Kyle came out to do a consultation and provide options. So much so that I believed all the 5 star reviews and immediately decided to move forward with the project. It’s been all downhill since committing. First, my project wasn’t ready for installation until a month later than what was promised. Fantastic! I highly recommend Superior F&R. Jonathan, Jorge and the crew are great! I was having guests on Sunday and they brought in extra crew members and stayed late on Friday evening to finish the job. It looks wonderful! They definitely pay attention to detail and produce quality work. Great communication! Jonathan and Jorge provided great customer service and responded to all my questions quickly. I got estimates from two other companies and Superior F&R was the lowest and yet still the most knowledgeable.
