The gaslighting from the men at this company is insane! They said our job was going to take one day and it took over 3 weeks to finish because of the gaslighting. I'd call and tell them that they were doing something wrong and the guy on the phone would gaslight me and tell me it wasn't an issue and then two days later he'd show up, look at what I was taking about and then he'd realize I was right and they'd have to stop, take apart all the work they had done over the past two days and then do it all over again. I love my fence! Everyone that worked with me (Pranav, David, Akeele, Christian) was great at his job and made the process a pleasure. At the time of installation, Christian went the extra mile to hand whittle the ends of the rails to give it the rustic look I wanted. Everyone who walks by tells me how great it looks. It feels sturdy too. So happy!
Install completed in a reasonable time from initial estimate. Work site crew was highly skilled and efficient. Any questions we had were answered. Fence and gate a look good and are sturdy. Thanks.
They refused to simply give me an estimate on a gate door replacement because they said it wasn't a big enough job that would make them enough money. Imagine businesses shooing people away because the job wasn't grand enough. They also refused to give me a recommendation. Complete bullshit!
If you value great customer service from start to finish these are your guys! Excellent communication and great work from the first call to the end of the job! Everyone was great! This was not an easy job, up on the side of a hill.We're very happy with our new fence! And competitive pricing as well.
This has to be the worst "reputable" company I have ever worked with. It all started great when Kyle came out to do a consultation and provide options. So much so that I believed all the 5 star reviews and immediately decided to move forward with the project. It's been all downhill since committing. First, my project wasn't ready for installation until a month later than what was promised. I can't say enough great things about Superior Fence and Rail! My husband and I got about 7 quotes from different companies throughout LA area. Superior was by far the best price. But that was only the beginning. Kyle was in touch with us throughout the entire process. He explained every thing in detail so we knew what to expect.
