They are the absolute worst propane company. Their service is horrible. Service representatives gaslight you, and they do not respond to valid criticsms, like - why did you make me go 13 days without propane in 7 degree (fahrenheit) weather?

I am a current Superior Propane customer and I am very upset with the company today because my tank ran out of propane this weekend and I never receive a call from your company regarding the tank. We have been a customer since 2021 and in the past, you have call to check on the tank usage but not this time. My husband is a disabled vet and have prescriptions that need to be keep in the fridge and also our generator is a propane generator.
