I left two stars because the guys did a great job on my floor and trim. The salespeople make a great impression but once the job started it quickly went down hill. We felt they were unprofessional, did not take responsibility when they made multiple mistakes. I’m still waiting on them to bring the leftover flooring that was supposed to be left at the house. I have a feeling I won’t get it. I’m glad the ordeal is over and I would never recommend them to anyone. I suggest Millcreek or Epps tile work and remodel.

My daughter's floors were done by Superior Wood Floors a few years back and they look horrible in many areas. Superior wood floors won't take responsibility...And the owner of the company rarely returns calls. It's really too bad that the customer service is so awful here.

They claim that customer service is their primary concern, but we found that to be far from the truth. They failed to put enough polyurethane when they did our floors originally and it started wearing off after only 2 1/2 years. We called them out and all they offered was that they only had a 1 year warranty. Other companies said they gave a lifetime warranty for their work. It's obvious now that Superior is the Walmart of floor companies.....if you want quality and customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
