From new patient check in to dental tech prep to the evaluation of my two year old grandson teeth. The service was extraordinary, patient centered and worry free. Thanks for having a convenient location plenty of parking in the kid family reception area.
My daughter has a big phobia with dentists (stemming from a less than pleasant experience when she was younger) but Dr Gravitz takes the time to explain exactly what is going to happen and is patient and caring in his approach. My daughter will not see any other dentist now! The entire team at the Rockville office are kind and caring and make you feel welcome from the very first visit.
We had by far the best experience with Dr. Liu and his entire staff! I chose to switch to SuperKids after we weren’t satisfied with our old dental provider. They were able to get my x-rays right away on my daughter and she left the office smiling with a new toothbrush and toy! Overall a wonderful experience with amazing staff members. I would highly recommend SuperKids to anyone looking for a dentist for their children. It was also super easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to get one the next day.
Staff and Dr. L are extremely kid friendly! My son’s first trip to the dentist was awesome!
I had to wait 45 minutes for the dentist to examine my 18 months old teeth. He was very hard to entertain.
Terrible experience! I will not return to this practice. As a healthcare provider, I am very disappointed.
