Everyone there was amazing, Dr. Hales made my experience quick and painless and I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Hales is amazing! He made me feel very calm during my procedure by talking me through everything at the start. He understood I was very anxious, but he was so good! He kept asking me how I was doing and truly cared about me as his patient. I would give him way more than 5 stars if I could.

Friendly, good at anticipating and answering questions. Procedure went well, and as I understand, he performs root canals the ‘old school’ way, ie by hand motion rather than machine assisted. The staff were friendly and professional as well.
One of the best dental experiences I have had. Dr Hales took the time to explain the procedure, has a great technique for numbing you where you dont feel the shot and best was he was able to savage my crown instead of insisting I have it removed and get a new one (another Endodontist had wanted to do that without trying anything else). Thank you Dr Hales!
