The house was amazing. Could not have been happier for the family. We had a great time and we were able to have a great birthday celebration for my wife. Minor communication problem first day didn’t get us to change our opinion. We will try to make reservations at this house again.

We were in Garden City from August 26 to September 9. We had an issue arriving at the Sandwave Resort, our codes and bracelet were not ready and Surfside Realty was close... Oh Oh !!! No worries, a wonderful women took care of us and was waiting for us. They simply forgot to do the papers. Our condo was outstanding, very clean and relaxing, nearly in the sea !!! Surfside realty was so easy to work with planning our vacation and during our stay. We had a wonderful house at the perfect location. During our stay we were threatened with a hurricane however Surfside realty had great communication and updates the entire time.

My family combined our vacation with my brother in-law's family. We were both bringing teens and their friends and both sides were a bit nervous about how the dynamics of this would all play out. However, this was one of the best vacations we ever had by far! The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! My party stayed in Sunny in Surfside in early May, & we had a great time. The house was clean & beautiful, & I spent most of my time by the pool, chilling out on the balcony with a book, or at the beach about a block away. The area was quiet, & the weather was perfect. The instructions for getting into the property & finding the gear we'd ordered couldn't have been easier or more convenient. I would definitely book another vacation here in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Portobello III. Perfect location one block to the restaurants and the pier. The house is spacious and beautiful. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and the master bedroom has its own access to the upper deck. The sun rises right in front of you! It's the perfect place to sip your coffee or mimosa, peek at the ocean and listen to the waves. Beach access is one block away, less than a 5 minute walk.
