Cornerstone Lending went above and beyond for our family and helped us with getting a loan. We had 12 other lenders say no to us. Only reason for denial was due to being new 1099 vs W2. She went above and beyond to help us get a loan, knowing if I were W2 I would’ve easily qualified for a loan.

Susan was excellent to work with.She made herself available over weekends, late nights and early mornings and never throughout the process we felt left out. She provided all the support we needed to secure us a good mortgage rate, while explaining the process to us as first time home buyers. she was very reactive to any changes regarding the contract (discounts, cost reductions, etc)
