Prior to my appointment, I had questions. I called the office & spike with both Carla & Jess. Both ladies are always kind, courteous and always answer your questions. They make you feel at ease.I went in for a crown replacement. Nikki assisted Dr. Susan. Nikki got me prepped & ready, explaining everything as she went along. Addison was my hygienist today and she was great, always telling me what was next and making me laugh too.Carla and Jess at the front desk are the best! Answer any billing question and always have your paperwork ready.Dr. Susan cares all about you, teeth and all. True total dentistry like her office title says! She's the best at numbing you, and I hate being numbed.
Had questions about Invisalign therapy, goals of therapy and intermediate steps. All concerns addressed.
Was very pleased & impressed with the top of the line technology Dr Snyder has to make crowns & mouth guards while you wait. Her staff is very knowledgeable & caring.

They were able to get me in quickly to fix my broken crown before it became a problem. Dr. Snyder explains what she's doing each step, and Baylee was amazing as the assistant, making sure everything was in place and I was doing fine.
I have been coming here for years now and every visit has been a wondeful experience. The desk staff is courteous and the Dental Hygienists are top notch. If your looking for a first class dental office this is the place for you.
Before Thanksgiving I received a crown at Dr Snyder’s. I am a current patient at the office , so I am very familiar with proficiency and skill of Dr Snyder and her entire staff. I am not and easy patient, I bring a lot of anxiety and apprehension to the chair. The entire staff has always been kind and supportive at every appointment. Great preop planning. Caring staff and expert pain management. Postop care instructions complete with next day followup. Dr. Snyder and staff are great.
