Went in for UTI, pain, discomfort and routine exam. One of the swabs wasn’t labeled properly and I had to go back in to repeat the test several days later. I was supposed to get a call today from provider with results as I am traveling out of state tomorrow. Never received a call. Doesn’t look my results are in yet. If I need any medication it will now have to wait until I return - waiting 7+ days for results and a possible treatment plan if needed is too long - this wouldn’t have happened if the original test had been submi... read more

Office people are not friendly and did not acknowledge me. Not very warm and inviting
The visit felt rushed and impersonal. Considering the personal nature of the visit, I was a bit put off.
