Suggested Maintenance to my vehicle I didn’t know I needed. Kept my vehicle running strong.
Cass Warner was amazing and made the process of buying my car easy and seamless. Start to finish I was treated with respect and was given a price that I felt comfortable with. They did their best to get me a great rate with my excellent credit. I have to say that the reviews I read made me nervous about going there. I talked to Cass about this and he said they made a lot of changes with their management and things are much better. I have to agree. All in all an excellent experience.

The greatest is the superb service. I drive 2 hours from Ellijay Georgia for my cR service. I signed up on line for my 30k service Grace mentioned that there was no appt and they were fully booked She quickl did some adjustments and my car was serviced. All 5 tires were in bad shape and replaced. I am so grateful to Grace for helping me. Your company is fortunate to have her as a service rep. I will always shop at Sutherlin.
Philip was even better the second time around. He was Knowledgeable , courteous and patient. Look forward to working with home in the future.

Appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change. The oil and filter was fine. But did not have any tires in stock. I ended up buying tires at a Firestone Dealership. No problem. I bought the car and always had it serviced from your dealership.
Really like this dealership. No pushing to buy, everything was clear and overall great experience.
