Service was good. However I felt my service consultant lacked communication skills. As he was suppose to call me with an eta for pick up and never called. I had to drive back to find out that my car would be done in 20 mins and he would call once it was ready and still he never called.
Excellent customer service. Everyone I interfaced with was friendly and customer focus. I was kept informed from time I checked in until my car was ready.
