Mr Weis, Mr. Charlie and Mr. Kim were very helpful and courteous. They were very patience and kind. They worked out a deal for us, that was satisfactory. I really loved the atmosphere that was there. I just love Mr Kim and Mr. Charlie, they made it work so we could have a new car. Thank you.

Kristen, my advisor, was nice and professional. My vehicle was misdiagnosed, wasting my time and money at this facility only to have it properly repaired at another facility a few days later. Technicians might need more training or perhaps to spend a little extra making sure the repair is properly fixed before delivering vehicles back to the customer. The staff at the competitor’s facility was much more tentative to my vehicle as well as much more accommodating.
