Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Samantha greeted me and informed me of my reason for visiting based on my call. She looked up my last visit information to review what I had completed and my visit Today. Informed me that my car has been taken to the back for service and she will text and call me when ready. Asked If I needed Wi-Fi, where to go, or I could have a seat and Enjoy the lounge until the car is ready.
