These days, buying a home in the Boston area is very challenging to say the least, due to the low supply and high demand of single family housing. Fortunately for us, we had an agent on our side to help make sense of the chaotic market, align our expectations, and build a strategy to realize our ultimate goal. Beth is extremely knowledgable about the local real estate market, accessible, and a joy to work with. She was so generous with her time, week after week, getting us access to newly-listed properties - sometimes within hours of going on the market. And when we found a home that met our needs, she gave us honest, well-reasoned advice regarding how to price and structure our offer. Additionally, our home purchase was part of a corporate relocation, so we had some unique needs in that respect. Beth made it all very easy for us.
As a buyer in today's market, it often feels as though the cards are stacked against you and that very little is in your control. The only exception to that rule is the choice of buying agent. We're grateful that we chose Beth: a capable, experienced, and friendly advocate who guided us through a challenging - but ultimately successful - house hunt.

I was very pleased with the service Suzanne and her team provided. About five individuals worked proactively together to ensure the preparation, marketing and close of the property was professional and high quality. I had confidence in Suzanne to navigate the negotiation of multiple bids and to refer legal support for closing. I had been tempted to try to sell on my own given market demand, but looking back I am very glad I decided to engage Suzanne. I very much doubt I would have enjoyed the fast sale, good price, and low risk/time commitment. Very happy with the outcome!

It's been a year since we moved into our new house!
It was not an easy process because we started looking at houses at the start of the pandemic, showings were crazy, houses were flying off the market, but Thais made this first home buying experience so smooth for us, and we are so grateful for it!
She took the time to share her knowledge with us, and made herself available to accommodate our schedules and answer any questions we had about the process. Even after we closed on the house she kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.
We would buy again from her and her team in a heart beat. Highly recommend!

We definitely made the best decision when we chose Suzanne Koller as our listing agent to sell our Bedford home. With her vast knowledge and expertise she guided us through the entire selling process making what could have been an overwhelming experience just about effortless. This was the second time my husband and I worked with Ann Cohen. She is personable, hard working, and helped us sell our place with ease in less than a week. We can't recommend her enough if you are buying or selling in the Boston area. She's also one of the kindest realtors we've ever met! The staff at Suzanne Koller was also very easy to work with and was very thorough in sharing our property posting far and wide. If you want a reliable agency that makes your life easy, choose them!

Beth guided me through my first time buying a home, and I was so lucky to have had her as my realtor. Beth was always really responsive, took into account what I did/didn't like about properties we had previously viewed when suggesting other properties to me, and stayed patient as I said no to house after house. It was a really tough search, but I finally submitted my first offer after about 4 months of searching - and thanks to her guidance on making it a strong offer, my first offer was accepted! In a market where I hear horror stories of people having 10+ offers rejected, it was such a relief. She recommended both a lender and a lawyer to me, and both of her recommendations were great. I owe so much to her for making my first home buying experience so smooth.

We have worked with Katie over the course of months to find a property in Massachusetts. Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the market, she is professional with high integrity and always puts clients interests first. She is patient, highly responsive and goes above and beyond to find the property that fits clients needs. She is a great negotiator and with her understanding of challenging market for they buyers knows how to get to the right outcome. At the end , we changed direction of our search outside of direct market Katie covers, and given professional that she is - Katie put us in touch with Compass RE broker who found us the house that fits our requirements. I highly recommend Katie as as best RE Broker in Western Mass and beyond.

When it was time for my husband and I to trade in our condo for a single family home, Darcy was the perfect agent at the perfect time. She won us over right away with her warmth, professionalism, and almost-uncanny insight into difficult market conditions. In such a tough market for buyers, she gave us the knowledge (and the courage) to make our offer competitive, while respecting our budget. With her guidance, we beat out 13 other offers to land our forever home. The best part? It was only the second property we’d put an offer on since starting our search.
Throughout the buying process, and even after closing, Darcy has stayed in touch, offering continued support and connections to local contractors, etc. Also, as a Compass agent, Darcy comes equipped with powerful technological tools we weren’t expecting, but found invaluable.
Overall, it was an A+ experience, and I’d highly recommend Darcy to anyone looking to buy in central Middlesex County. Thank you Darcy!

I cannot recommend Darcy enough. We are in the process of relocating from Chicago to the Boston area, and Darcy has helped us research and look at houses in Concord. On numerous occasions, she FaceTimed with us and took us room by room in houses, commenting on quality and design, as we are still living in Chicago and could not physically be there. She even walked a new build lot in the snow! We were able to visit Boston for a quick weekend, and Darcy spent the day taking us to houses. Throughout the process, she was patient, thoughtful, and really took the time to get to know our style. Although we ultimately decided on a house outside of Concord, I would not hesitate to work with Darcy again.
