Lots of help and on-spot advice with selling my parent's home. The whole team was great! On their advice we took the time to repaint the interior, and empty it. Then they staged it beautifully and made a gorgeous video. Seven great offers and we chose one 50k over asking. Of course its a strong market right now, but they knew their stuff and picked up the phone any time. All of the staff were knowledgeable and executed quickly. Photographs and listing were expedited.
