Let me be clear, the staff here are amazing people. They are wonderful people. They are always so kind and so patient. They have always given me wonderful recommendations for what I’m looking for. However, I went in recently only to find out all of my loyalty dollars have been taken from me ($30-$40) and I didn’t get my military discount. Half of the product was not available. New to the area and enjoyed my first visit. Kyle was a great help with choosing a product which was closest to what I was used to. He also told me about specials like the early bird (come in before 11) and the return customer program. Thanks for making my first visit a great experience Kyle!
