Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic has gone out of their way to help us out. In fact, I feel they are a partnership in the trials and tribulations that are those of Lab ownership. Compassion, dedication and understanding are a few of the many attributes the entire staff have provided to us since Harrison came into our lives. Thank you.
Waited over 1.5 for them to take my dog inside past my appointment time. Only for them to be zero help. Friendly staff, but not helpful.

The worst experience I had at Swan Creek was with my previous dog. He was bitten at doggy daycare and I brought him across the street to Swan Creek, our regular vet. The veterinarian turned us away because she was busy. It was Thanksgiving Eve so I had to get on I-95 with him. He had a puncture wound. Due to the holiday, we sat in traffic for hours. I couldn't see him because he was in his crate in the backseat. It was just awful. At times I wasn't sure if he was still alive but at least the vet got to ease her workload.
Charge less I'm a old woman my dog is my world she is a service dog 240.00 is to much for shots and nails cut

I've been taking my animals to Swan Creek for years.. some months ago the doctor that had been taking care of our family left the practice.. there was a noticeable change in staff management and attitude.. after years of care for my Doberman I was told that my prescription cost would be going up more than three times what they had been previously..
