I, like many others, received a collection notice. Was never notified by our Mosquito Service that we were delinquent in payment, our credit card is on file, did not receive any notice, email, letter, etc that company was sold. Received a notice from collection agency that payment was over due. Tried calling the 3 phone numbers provided by Swat, all three connected me to the Philippines , (Swat webpage stated it is located in Miramar Florida) They claim they do not have phone number for company based in Florida. I caution anyone with using this company. They purchased our previous mosquito company Mosquito Mist. We had terminated services with them back in December 2023. All of sudden I get an email in August 2024 with a $256 bill for product. I called to let customer service know that we do not even have a contract with them. This is how I found out they purchased Mosquito Mist. They proceed to tell me I have overdue invoices of $548 (never received any of the invoices). Been a customer for 10 years and recently the service has been completely unsatisfactory. Always paid invoices on time however recent op's changes have resulted in double billing, invoices being sent 3 months late and claiming non-payment, and the final straw was sending it to collections without even making contact with customer! SWAT if you are delayed in mailing invoices in a timely manner (in my case 3mo late), that does not constitute a customer non-payment that automatically becomes a collection item!
