**** did a wonderful job explaining the pros and cons and what to consider when completing the application process. She asked several times if I understood and helped me navigate through signing all the documents. I can say that if I have any issues or questions whatsoever I can call her. That has given me a lot of comfort and knowing that I will be working with her through out this program.
