Caregivers are unreliable and incompetent! They are just bodies the office staff use to fill Caregiver slots for their clients. They do not care about their clients! Office staff is also unreliable and incompetent. They fail to notify you, the client, or the Caregivers of changes and other communication. I'm a client!
